Mounty is a simple utility to re-mount NTFS volumes in read-write mode. Sometimes you will find yourself struggling with an USB stick from your peers which is NTFS formatted. Reformatting doesn't help since HFS+ formatted drives are not readable on common Windows PCs. Also, FAT32 will not help either when the file size is bigger than 2GB. Here comes Mounty: It uses the build-in capability of OS X and will not install any additional drivers. This makes Mounty a small and handy utility for your daily file sharing workflow.
